What materials are your bags made from?

Our bags are crafted from premium, carefully selected materials. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.

Are your bags made to order?

Yes. Every LOOMÉ bag is hand-crocheted in Nazareth after you order it. We usually need about 3 business days to make your bag, and in rare cases a little longer. Then we hand it to Israel Post. If you would like a different colour or hardware finish, see our Customize page.

How much does shipping cost?

In Israel: ₪50 with Israel Post, free on orders of ₪500 or more. International: ₪120 tracked, free on orders of ₪1,000 or more. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How long does shipping take?

Making your bag takes about 3 business days. After it ships, delivery in Israel takes 5–8 business days. International delivery takes 14–28 business days (2–4 weeks), depending on the destination and customs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping is available to over 200 countries and regions.

What is your return policy?

Under Israeli consumer protection law you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. The bag must be unused and returned in its original condition. You pay for the return shipping, and we may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, as the law allows. Custom orders made to your specification cannot be returned once we have started making them. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us within 7 days and we will put it right at our cost. To start a return, email itsloome.store@gmail.com or use our Cancel an order page. How do I care for my bag?

To keep your LOOMÉ bag in the best condition, avoid exposure to water and direct sunlight for extended periods. Store in a dust bag when not in use.

Can I customize my order?

Yes. We take custom requests for colour and hardware finish on our existing designs. Send us the details on our Customize page and we will confirm availability, timing and price by email before any payment is taken.
