LOOMÉ wants everyone to be able to browse and shop on itsloome.com, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation or screen magnification.
What we do
- Our website is built on Shopify's Horizon theme, which is designed to follow the WCAG 2 accessibility guidelines (the basis of Israeli Standard 5568).
- All product photos have text descriptions (alt text) for screen readers.
- The site can be used with a keyboard only (Tab to move, Enter to select).
- Text can be enlarged with your browser zoom (Ctrl and + on Windows, Cmd and + on Mac) without breaking the layout.
- Headings, links and buttons have clear names, and colour is not the only way information is shown.
Known limitations
We are a small handmade business and we keep improving. Some older pages or third-party services (for example the payment page or embedded social media content) may not be fully accessible yet.

We will help you by email or phone, and we can complete your order for you if needed. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
