Cancel an order

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.

How to send a cancellation notice

What to include

  • Your full name
  • Your order number (it is in your order confirmation email)
  • The email address or phone number you used for the order
  • Which bag(s) you want to cancel or return

We will confirm your cancellation by email, usually within 2 business days, and send you the return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, as described in our Refund Policy. Custom-made bags cannot be cancelled once we have started making them.
